I tend to think what if about 3 things that I am passionate about.

1. What if I persude an education and career in music. When I was a freshman in highschool, I had a lot of friends who had that dream, and went off to college to do just that.

I always romantized the idea of attending The Thorten School of Music at U. S. C. I dreamed of persuing a degree in vocal performance. If I had done this I imagine that I would be a voice teacher by day and a performer by night, playing small venues and chatting with audiences the way some of my dearest friends do. As far as I know I am the only person amoung my high school choir friends who still sings on a regular basis. I could be wrong and if I Am, Eagle Rock High school peeps I wanna know.

The second thing I think what if about is, what if I had become a pediatrician. Would I be a good one? At the end of Freshman year I said I wanted to become a pediatrician, my reasoning behind that declaration was that I had spent ns huge part of my life around doctors.and I felt that I would be able to relate to children in certain medical situations. I dug into science a little bit and enjoyed it, but then in December.of 1997 I learned that I would have to have a major surgery, and I knew that I couldn’t be part of the devestation that a child faces when they hear such news. I knew from personal experience that going to see your pediatrician sometime lead to being recommended for further testing, if in fact you were not well when.you visited the doctor.

Last but not least, I think what if I had kept on with learning the art of acting. I had such fun with everything I was asked to do. I actually
