Do you remember life before the internet?
Yes, I do. I remember getting my first email address when I was in tenth grade. I took a computer class, and in that class, we learned how to send emails and create storyboards digitally
What’s one small improvement you can make in your life?
Moving more I’ve gotten lazy

Spotify made me start my podcast all over again due to a new login policy. But the other episodes of encouragement notes are still available to listen to. I have not recorded anything on this new login but I will send it, and I will be sharing it when I do

How do you transfer in and out of your chair?
I am a stand-and-pivot person. I can stand up with my Walker, back up towards my wheelchair, And sit myself down, but I need help positioning my feet.
How was high School? Did you get picked on
Going through school was rough at times. Yes I did get picked on and it got really bad but when it got really bad was the turning point for me to accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. That particular day I went into the office and called my mom crying and told her that I wanted to go home and she proceeded to tell me to just pray. So I went into a separate room and I prayed and that’s when I invited Jesus to be my Lord and Savior.
What made you start your podcast?
I started my podcast on October 20th, 2020. I felt God calling me to take my story to another platform. I had heard from Gary Vaynerchuk, who goes by Gary Vee on his social media, that people’s attention was going to audio and not video. So, it would be wise to start a podcast. So I downloaded Anchor, which is now called Spotify for podcasters, and that is how I began encouragement notes.
What are your self-care tips for when you feel down?
I’ve struggled a lot since November but what is keeping me going is this podcast. I lost the desire to do the podcast but what brought my desire back was digging into the question of the day from wordpress the site that I use to create my website
How do you keep fit?
Honestly I’ve been very lazy but when I do exercise I use my hand cycle for 5 minutes a day. And I have been working out to the song Defying Gravity from wicked
