Today, I fully stepped into my advocacy Era! My self-acceptance journey has been a rollercoaster at times and will be a never-ending experience.

#review I’ve been a client of @gomezphysicaltherapy for six months. I reluctantly went back to PT after having some balance issues. During the time I’ve been in PT I’ve seen improvement in my movement even though it’s not always obvious to others.  Dr. Julie, Mario, Hailey and Chadney are the best and I can’t forget  Ellie the on site Golden Doodle cutie pie who is always walking around encouraging everyone. #review. I became a student at @csscdance  on August 3rd 2024.  When I first started the class, my confidence had taken a dip, I also was getting used to a brand-new chair.  When  @marlyepage  said she wanted to start a class for wheelchair users, I jumped at the chance to participate, but I had no idea how much this class would change my outlook on life.  Dance has changed me! Thank you, Mr. Dave Miss Amy and all of the instructors. Anybody who has a child who wants to dance or is a woman with a disability contact the studio. They are tagged in this post.
